martabak sweet small

8 chicken eggs
15 tbsp of granulated sugar
1 kg of wheat flour triangle
4 tsp of instant yeast (aq; fermipan)
4 tablespoons milk powder full cream / can be substituted coconut milk (2bks kara)
4 tablespoons melted margarine ± 160 gr
2 tsp baking powder
To taste water
According to the taste of toping

  • Mixer with high speed eggs + sugar until well blended. Not prlu to white. 
  • Enter the melted margarine, instant yeast, milk powder and wheat flour gradually so as not to clot add water until the thick texture is not too thin or hard.
  • Leave for ± 30 minutes until the dough is slightly expanded. Add baking powder, stir and leave again for 10 minutes
  • Prepare the mold with low heat. Allow to heat and then apply a little margarine. Pour the dough and print according to taste. Press the dough to get the edge of the typical sweet martabak (sorry saia stove, abis dipake production
  •   Wait until the new "little bubble" closes
  • Wait until the new "little bubble" closes
  • Decorate according to taste
